高炉冷却系统水稳药剂的研究

摘　　要：利用静态试验和旋转挂片腐蚀试验 ,研制筛选出一种适合于北方地区高炉炉冷却系统的无毒、无污染的全有机水稳药剂配方 .试验室使用其阻垢率、缓蚀率分别超过 95 % ,系统碳钢腐蚀速度低于 0 0 5mm /a .A kind of new water?treatment chemicals which is nonpoisonous and unpolluted has been developed by means of static scale?prevented experiment and rotating?flake corrosion experiment.This water?treatment chemicals in laboratory experiments showed that its corrosion resisting rate and scale resisting rate are higher than 90%,corrosion rate of mild steel is lower than 0 05 mm/a.
