摘 要:本试验观察到三种类型变化的病理和免疫形态变化,一种类型具有出血性素质铁逆转,组织球及淋巴样细胞浸润,网状内皮系统增生,实质器官变性、坏死,心肌腱斑及全身性结缔组织增生,表明是传贫病马的规律性变化。一种类型是免疫活性细胞增殖,铁不逆转,脾铁反应增强,肝也可见轻度铁反应,表明注弱毒苗马具有保护作用。一种类型无任何病理变化,主要表现免疫反应显著增强,表明这些马全保护。这三种类型的划分对区别传贫病马、免疫马、血清学鉴别及现地马传贫净化工作提供了科学依据。Three kinds of pathologic and immunomorphologic changes were observed in the test.First,it is hemorrhagic diathesis iron reversion histiocyte and lymphoidocyte infiltration) reticuloendothelio-sisi parenchymatous organ degeneration and necrosis, general connective tissue proliferation. It showed the regular change of anemia infectiosa equorum. Secondly, it's immunologically competent cell multiplication, iron unreversion, iron reaction strengthen in spleen, and a little iron reaction in liver, The attenuated vaccine protected the horse Thirdly, it's not any pathologic change, immunoreaction strengthen obviously, The horse is protected completely. The differentiation provided scientific basis of distinction for anemia infectiosa equorum, immune horse, serological identification and purification work of anemia infoctiosa equorum.
