甜丰复合微肥对甜菜过氧化物酶同工酶的影响

摘  要:使用复合微肥(甜丰)对甜菜进行不同浓度的浸种或7~8叶时叶面喷施处理,在甜菜各生育期测定块根、叶柄、叶片中过氧化物酶同工酶,结果表明,浸种处理和叶面喷施处理分别增加了甜菜块根分化形成期(幼苗期)的幼根和叶丛快速生长期叶片中的酶带数。使用复合微肥(甜丰)促进了甜菜不同生育时期的内部生理生化代谢。各处理间相比较,浸种100g/亩和叶喷50g/亩的酶带活性变化较明显.Different concentrations of Tianfeng (sugarbeet bumper) compound fertilizer of trace clement were applied to sugarbeet with the methods of seed soaking or spraying on leaves at the growth stage of 7th and 8th leaves, peroxidase isozyme of root, petiole, blade were detected at all the growth stages. The results showed that the numbers of enzyme bands increased in the sugarbeet roots at diflerentiation formation stage (seedling stage) and crown rapid growth stage with seed soaing and foliage spray, promoting the internal physiological -biochemical metabolism in the growing stage. It was found that the activity of enzyme bands were relatively evident at seed soaking of 100g per mu and foliage spray with 50g per mu.
