摘　　要：通过54例急性颅脑损伤患者脑脊液磷酸肌酸激酶活性测定分析,发现急性颅脑损伤患者脑脊液磷酸肌酸激酶活性显著升高。该酶活性测定有助于判断原发性和继发性颅脑担伤的严重程度,估计患者的预后。Creatine phosphokinase(CPK)was determined in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of 54 patients with acutebrain injury.The activities of CPK found in the CSFappeared to be a marker of brain dysfunction.High lev-els of CPK in the CSF correlated with a poor outcomeand thus CPK may be one of the major parameters forthe assessment of the severity of head injury
