摘　　要：本文测定71例首次穿壁性心肌梗塞患者心电图与左心室功能的关系。61例有病理性Q波患者中,56例(92%)示梗塞区收缩减低。10例Q波自行消退患者中,仅1例心壁活动异常。前壁心肌梗塞伴ST段持续抬高时,梗塞区常有严重室壁活动异常(95%),且预测室壁瘤形成的敏感性为58%,特异性为100%,心肌梗塞后心电图对估价左心室功能具有重要的临床意义。To determine the relationship between electrocardiographic changes and left ventricular (LV)function after myocardial infarction (MI), 71 patients with a first transmural MI underwent left ventriculography and coronary arteriography.In 61 patients with pathological Q waves, 56 (92%) had abnormal LV regional wall motion in the infarcted areas. In the remaining 10 patients with spontaneous regression of Q waves, only 1 patient had slight hypokinesis in the anterolateral segment. After anterior MI, a persistent ST segment elevation indicates severe regional wall motion abnormalities (95%), and predicts an aneurysm formation (sensitiivty 58%, specificity 100%). This study suggests that electrocardiographic changes may be useful in evaluating LV function in patients with MI.
