摘  要:湛江电厂干煤棚屋盖为四柱支承的八面坡水、变高度(4~6m)正放四角锥焊接空心球平板网架,上铺陶粒混凝土三角形带肋预制板,并采用地面拼装、整体顶升就位的施工方法。该平板网架有三个特点:①网架上弦为八面坡水,网架高度相对较小[1];②网架中央区13×13个网格的腹杆采用棋盘式布置,强化了空间传力;③为了便于网架在地面拼装。The roof of coal storage in Zhanjiang power plant is orthogonal square pyramid space grids with welded hollow sphere joints. It is supported by four columns. The thickness of the roof varies from 4m to 6m, which forms eight slopes for drainage. Layed on it are triangular ceramsite concrete precast slabs with ribs. The structure was made up on site and installed by integral lifting. It has three features: the roof has eight slopes, and the mean thickness is relatively small; the central part of the roof is fabricated in checkerboard pattern, which improves the mechanical property of the structure; for convenient of making up, inner column cap is adopted.
