摘  要:详细探讨了碱法麦草浆氧碱漂白过程中诸因素的影响规律;深入系统地研究了氧碱浆的漂白性能;给出了与常规CEH漂白的全面分析比较。结果表明:氧漂能有效地减轻漂白废水的污染,尤其是能显著地降低漂白废水中的总有机氯;同时还可节省后续漂白的化学药品用量。指出欲使氧碱浆经后续漂白达80%以上的白度,仅用单段和两段次氯酸盐漂白是不够的,必须采用含有氯化的多段漂程,此时漂白浆的白度可达85%~87%,强度良好。The effects of variables in oxygen-alkali (OA) bleaching of wheat straw soda pulps were elaborated, and the bleachability of OA pulp was discussed in detail. Meanwhile the comparison of multiple bleaching after oxgen deligninfication with conventional CEH bleaching was presented. It was shown that with OA bleaching savings in chemical consumption in the subsequent bleaching was observed, accompanied by significant reductions in COD, BOD and TOCl of the corresponding bleaching effluents. OA pulp could hardly be bleached to a brightness of over 80% (SBD)with single or two-stage hypochlorite bleaching sequence.However, with multiple bleaching sequences incorporating a chlorinating stage, pulps of 85.8%brightness and excellent strength could be obtained.
