摘 要:目的 研究与ARDS密切相关的几个生理指标。方法 KM小鼠动物血pH、PaO2 、PaCO2 由美国NO VA血气分析直接测定 ,PQ中毒LD50 以寇氏法计算。肺系数由湿重除以体重乘 10 0 %得出数值。结果 KM小鼠正常动脉血pH值为 7 36 0 5± 0 0 6 7,PaO2 (kPa)为 12 47± 1 34 13,PaCO2 (kPa) 5 2 6± 0 4949;肺系数 (% )为 0 6 6 6 2±0 0 82 ;百草枯 (paraquat,PQ)中毒LD50 为 93 86 6mg kg。结论 以上所测定几个数据至今尚未见报道 ,我们把测定分析结果公开发表 ,填补KM小鼠理化常数方面的空白 。Objective In order to create an experimental animal model of ARDS caused by PQ poisoning,several significant biological indexes closely related to ARDS have to be surveyed in advance. Methods The pH value,PaO\-2 and PaCO\-2 of the Kunming (KM) mouse arterial blood were determined by the U.S.\|made NOVA blood gas analyses.PQLD 50 was calculated according to Coats′ method.The pulmonary coefficient was determined as wet pulmonary weight divided by body weight maltiplied by 100%. Result The normal pH value,PaO\-2 (Kpa) and PaCO\-2(Kpa) of the KM mouse arterial blood were 7\^365±0.067,12\^47±1\^3413 and 5\^36±0\^4949 respectively.Its normal pulmonary coefficient(%) was 0\^662±0\^082.The paraquat (PQ) poisoning LD50 was 93\^866*!mg/kg.Conclusion\ It was suggested that the above result might fill the gap in the field of the KM mouse physical and chemical constants and provide valuable reference data for clinical research of ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome) and other diseases of the respiratory system.
