摘　　要：盐酸曲马多是一种新型的非吗啡类镇痛剂,其依赖性明显低于吗啡。本文报告了口服盐酸曲马多的Ⅱ期临床试用,主要治疗中度至重度癌性疼痛,在33例癌症病人中进行了单盲交叉服药试验,比较了口服的国产曲马多、进口曲马多及强痛定。经研究显示,上述3种药物的止痛效果及副作用相似,口服国产曲马多对中至重度癌性疼痛有效率92.6%,服药后约0.5h 起效,持续疗效约6h 以上,副作用为头晕、嗜睡、恶心、呕吐和出汗,少数病人有心动过速、低血压、皮疹、皮肤瘙痒、排尿困难和发热。Tramadol hydrochloride is a non—opioid analgesic.Its dependence is evidently lower than morphine.A single—blind crossover study by oral administrationin 33 patients who suffered from moderate to severe tumorous pain was conducted tocompare domestic tramadol with imported tramadol and fortanodyn.The results showthat these three drugs have similar analgesic effects and side effects.Domestic tramadolhas a significant therapeutic effect on relief moderate and severe tumorous pain with anefficiency of 92.6%.Following oral administration of the drug the onset of sedative ef-fect occurs within 0.5 h and maintained for 6h.The adverse reactions are dizziness,drowsiness,nausea,vomiting and sweat.Tachycardia,hypotension,skin rashs,skinitching,dysuria and febris are observed in rare cases.
