摘　　要：粒、巨噬系集落刺激因子是造血生长因子之一,它参与造血调节过程。GM-CSF 在体内体外维持着造血细胞的生存、增殖和分化,并且也影响着成熟粒细胞、单核-巨噬细胞的生物功能。近年来,在 GM-CSF 临床应用方面发展很快,例如用于恶性肿瘤化疗、骨髓移植、骨髓增生异常综合征、中性粒细胞减少等等。随着对 GM-CSF 研究的深入,GM-CSF 将继续对血液学、肿瘤学的发展起着重要作用。The granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF)that is one of the hematopoietie growth factors regulate the course of hematopoiesis.GM-CSF is important for the survival,proliferation and differentiation of hematopoieitccells in vitro as well as in vivo and it also influences the functional activities of granu-locytes and monocyte-macrophages.Rapaid progress has occurred recently in the clinicaluse of GM-CSF.For example,GM-CSF is useful in following chemotherapy for cancer,bone marrow transplantation and treatment of myelodysplastic syndromes and neu-tropenia etc,Undoubtedly,GM-CSF will continue to play an important role in thepractice of hematology and oncology.
