国产奥美拉唑对大鼠实验性胃溃疡和胃酸分泌作用观察

摘　　要：研究表明国产奥美拉唑在6.9～27.6mg/kg 剂量下,对幽门结扎型大鼠溃疡模型的形成有很好的保护作用,减少溃疡发生率,减少胃酸分泌。对无水乙醇型大鼠溃疡模型具有很好的保护作用,溃疡形成抑制率为56%～87%。国产奥美拉唑与进口奥美拉唑的抗溃疡作用强度相一致。并对大鼠基础胃酸和由组织胺、五肽胃泌素引起的胃酸分泌具有很强而又持久的抑制作用。The local-made omeprazole(6.9～27,6mg/kg)was shown to sig-nificantly reduce ulcerogenesis in the pyloric ligation model on rats,and reduce the acidsecretion in the same model.In the absolute ethanol model,local-made omeprazole was found to have a good protective effect of 56%～87%.It was also shown to have strongand long effect on both basal and stimulated(histamine,pentagastrin)acid secretion.Thus,the potency of antiulcer effect of the local-made omeprazole is about the same asthat of the imported.
