瑞香素和槐果碱的抗腹泻作用及其机理

摘　　要：给小鼠灌服瑞香素300～800mg/kg 或槐果碱60mg/kg 能拮抗蓖麻油或番泻叶引起的腹泻。瑞香素能抑制小鼠胃肠墨汁推进功能,而槐果碱无此作用。抗炎实验表明,槐果碱能抑制乙酸提高小鼠腹腔毛细血管渗透性,组胺提高大鼠皮肤毛细血管渗透性和二甲苯引起的小鼠耳壳肿胀。推测抗炎是瑞香素和槐果碱抗腹泻的机理。The purging effcets in mice caused by castor oil or senna can be an-tagonized by 300～800mg/kg ig of daphnetin or 60mg/kg ig of sophocarpine.Thegastrointestinal trnsportation function of Chinese ink in mice can he inhabited by daph-netin but not sophocarpine.The increased permeability of blood capillary in mice andrats induced by ip 0.7% acetic acid and intracutaneous injection of histamine respec-tively as well as swelling ear in mouse induced by xylene can be reduced by sopho-carpine.It is suggested that the antidiarrheal mechanism of daphnetin and sophocarpineis anti-inflammation.
