摘　　要：对71例男性海洛因依赖者调查的结果显示,海洛因依赖者性机能出现明显障碍,吸毒前平均每周性交次数5.2±1.7次,成瘾后平均0.3±0.2次(P<0.01),成瘾后性功能障碍发生率大于97%,87%性欲降低或消失;性伴侣60.6%对其性能力和表现不满意,调查结果表明,海洛因对男性发生性机能和性心理损害作用明显。We investigated the sexual behavior and psychosexual state of 71 male heroin addicts through a heme-structured interview.The results showed that the sexual function of them were evidently impaired.The average numbersof times of sexual intercourse per week was 5.2 before heroin abuse and 0.3 after becoming addiction.The rate of sexualdysfunction was over 97 percent,84% of them with lack or loss of sexual desire.60.6% sexual partners of the addictswere dissatisfatory with their performance in sexual activities.
