摘　　要：90年代确立了社会主义市场经济体制改革目标以后,党不断推进了经济体制的各方面改革。在推进农村经济体制改革过程中,党和政府采取了一系列政策措施,培育和完善农村市场主体、深化市场体系改革和加强政府宏观调控体系建设,使农村经济体制改革取得了重要进展。这些进展为进一步深化农村经济体制改革、促进经济发展打下了坚实的基础,积累了丰富的经验。After establishing the reform objective to shape the socialist market economy, the Party continuously promotes the economic reform from all the various aspects. In the course of promoting the reform of the rural economic structure, the Party and the government have adopted a whole set of policies to cultivate and improve the main part of the rural market, to deepen the market system reform and to strengthen the construction of the macro-control system. These progresses lay stable foundations for the further development of the rural economy.
