摘　　要：东魏北齐侵梁夺地及北齐欲在建康建立傀儡政权 ,是一种积极进取精神的体现。大体说来 ,可以乾明元年 (5 60 )为界 ,将东魏北齐历史分为二期 ,此前为积极进取的时期 ,此后为维持现状及衰亡的时期。The enterprising spirit of the Eastern Wei and Northern Qi found its expression in their occupation of Liang and Northern Qi's establishment of a puppet regime in Jiankang.So it might well be said that the first year of Qianming(560 A.D.)marked the division the Eastern Wei and Northern Qi history,the former being the period of initiation with a lot of enterprising spirit while the latter being that of maintaining its status quo and fall.
