药物灌注对狗皮瓣异体移植的影响

摘　　要：应用狗隐皮辦为模型进行实验,皮辦自体移植可长期存活,异体移植不作处理可存活10.2±1.9天,皮瓣用免疫抑制剂PHA或地塞米松灌注后异体移植存活延长为15.1±2.5天和13.7±2.8天(P〈0.01),组织学检查证实灌注延缓了排斥反应。The canine saphaneous skin flap was used as a model in this experiment. The cutaneous autograft would give long-term survival, whereas the allograft without pretreatment would only survive 10. 2±1.9 days from its transplantation. If the pretreatment consisted of the use of immunosuppressive agent as PHA or infusion of dexamesone, the survival days of the allografts could be prolonged to 15.1±2.5 and 13.7±2.8, respectively(P<0.01). The histological examination gave the evidence that drug perfusion delayed the rejection.
