小肠圈在重建胆道内引流的抗返流作用

摘　　要：采用3种形式小肠圈重建胆道内引流17例。以小肠圈的蠕动循环使胃肠道的返沈压得到缓冲,避免了胆肠吻合术后返流性胆管炎的发生,改变了以往单纯以堵的术式阻止胆道返流,收到了满意效果。Three types of intestinal loops were used to reestablish the internal drainage of bile in 17 cases. The leeway derived from the peristaltic cycle of the intestinal loop for gastrointestinal reflux pressure, the cholangeitis after operation from reflux following choladocho-intestinal anastomosis could be avoided, and, naturally it had changed the traditional method of purèly blockade of the reflux, thus the result from treatment was far more satisfactory.
