摘　　要：成人高校学报在新世纪里面临新的机遇和挑战,只有抓住机遇、完善自我、迎接挑战才是其生存和发展的必然选择。欲使其自秀于期刊之林,就必须坚持学术品位,推动教学科研;发扬学科优势,彰显行业特色;重视区域研究,服务社会实践;加强队伍建设,提升编辑素养。Academic journals of adult colleges are facing with opportunities and challenges in the new century. Only they seize a good opportunity and meet the challenge can they survive and develop. Academic journals should perfect themselves as follows: adhering to high learning quality to promote teaching and research; developing the advantage of discipline to stress the characteristics; attaching importance to region research and serving social practice; and improving the editors' qualities.
