摘　　要：鲜红斑痣是一种由皮肤毛细血管增生扩张所形成的良性肿瘤,属先天性疾病,常终生存在。常规的手术,冷冻或同位素贴敷等治疗方法都没能获得满意的效果。根据鲜红斑痣的组织学特点及对激光的选择性吸收,我们研究应用了Ar^+激光治疗鲜红斑痣,收到82％以上的满意效果。本文从医学理论与实践出发,总结并分析了影响Ar^-激光治疗鲜红斑痣效果的因素,从而为今后提高Ar^+激光治疗鲜红斑痣疗效提供了可靠的依据。Naevus flammeus, a benign neoplasia formed by hyperplasia and dilatation of skin capillaries, is a kind of congenital disease, existing all over one's life. Routine remedies such as surgery, cold or isotopic compress haven't obtained satisfying results. Based upon the histological characters of naevus flammeus and its selective absorbance of laser, we applied Ar^+ laser in curing the disease, more than 82% cases have been effectively treated. In the eye of medical theory and practice, this paper generalizes and analyzes elements affecting the curative efficacy of Ar^+ laser in naevus flammeus treatment, meanwhile, offers reliable evidence for further improvement of this remedy.
