京、津盲校男生青春期发育与唾液睾酮水平关系的探讨

摘　　要：对北京市及天津市两所盲校10～16岁男生63人进行青春期形态发育、性发育指标及唾液睾酮水平测量,并与同龄普校男生进行比较。盲校男生一般形态发育、性发育及唾液睾酮水平均随年龄的增长而逐渐提高,符合儿童少年青春期生长发育规律。但盲校男生上述三方面的发育均落后于同龄普校男生,提示今后应大力加强盲校学生的营养、卫生保健及体育训练。We measured the somatic indicators and sexual development and salivary testosterone levels of 63 blind boys in two blind schools in Beijing and Tianjin ,and compared the results with those of the corresponding age boys in common schools. The somatic and sexual development and salivary testosterone levels rose with an increasing age in the blind boys, it was in accord with the regular growth and development pattern of the adolescents. But the blind boys were far behind the healthy boys of the same age in the three aspects of growth and development. The findings suggest that more attetion should be paid to the nutritional status, health instruction and sports training in the blind children.
