论网络技术对公共物品提供之影响

摘　　要：公共物品提供是政府主要经济职能之一 ,但时常存在低效问题。网络技术因其在信息处理方面的特点 ,有利于政府对民众偏好的把握和监督信息的公开 ,从而有利于提高公共物品提供效率 。The supply of public facilities is one of the main governmental economic functions, which, however, is frequently accompanied by low efficiency. The network technology is propitious for the enhancement of such efficiency owing to its characteristics in information processing; that is, it facilitates government's grasp of people's preference and the publication of supervisory information. Nevertheless, the application of network also brings some incidental negative influence.
