摘　　要：在市场经济条件下,寻求金融机构市场退出及处理金融危机的措施应是金融监管当局实施监管的重要内容。本文着重从银行业出发,通过对世界各国立法与实践的实证分析,提出我国架构金融危机处理和市场退出机制的设想,以期对我国金融法律体系的完善有所裨益。Under market economy,it is important for bank supervision organization to explore the institutions of banking-crisis-disposal and banking-market-withdrawal.From banking angle,this thesis puts forward proposals by positively analysing some countries' legislation and experience.The author expects these proposals will make contribution to enhance our banking law.
