硝苯地平、乙酰水杨酸对培养大鼠心肌细胞^(45)Ca摄取的影响

摘　　要：硝苯地平(硝苯吡啶)抑制大鼠心肌细胞对^(45)Ca的摄取,表现为钙拮抗作用,且呈良好的量效关系。乙酰水杨酸(阿司匹林)也有钙拮抗倾向,大剂量明显抑制^(45)Ca的摄取,两药合用有协同作用。The effects of nifedipine (Nif), aspirin (ASA) and Nif+ASA on (45)~Ca uptake by cultured rat heart cells were studied. The results showed that Nif inhibited the rate of (45)~Ca uptake by cultured rat heart cells and the inhibition was dose-dependent. ASA seemed to be antagonistic to (45)~Ca. Heavy dose (5.lmM) of ASA had significant inhibitory effect on the uptake of (45)~Ca and Nif+ASA showed increased effect than either Nif or ASA.
