地高辛与维拉帕米合用对活动后心房颤动心室率的影响

摘　　要：本文报告了地高辛与维拉帕米合用治疗慢性心房顫动患者32例,7天后平均血清地高辛浓度由0.87±0.5 ng/ml上升至1.53±0.7ng/ml(P<0.01);卧位心室率由98.2±58次/分下降至79.0±20次/分(P<0.01);活动后心室率由128.0±2.5次/分下降至95.0±2.0次/分(P<0.01)。这说明合并用药治疗心房颤动,既可减少静卧时心室率,又有效地控制活动后心室率。Sixty four Cases with chronic atrial fibrillation were treated by digoxin (0. 125 or 0. 25 mg q. d. ), and they were divided into 2 groups with 32 cases in each. No significant difference in serum digoxin concentration and heart rate was found between the 2 groups. However, by the addition of verapamil (80 mg q. d. ) to one group for 7 days, serum concentration of digoxin increased from 0.87±0.5ng/ml to 1.53±0.7 (p<0. 01). Exercise heart rate decreased from 128. 0 ±2.5 beat/min to 95.0±2.0 (p<0.01). Cardiac function was improved also. It showed that exercise heart rate was effectly controlled by digoxin and verapamil in chronic atrial fibrillation.
