摘　　要：醒脑静注射剂为纯中药复方经科学提取精制的注射剂。本文通过对小白鼠的自由活动影响、抗士的宁性惊厥、抗戊巴比妥诱导睡眠、对电惊厥的影响以及对吗啡诱导的呼吸抑制等实验,证明醒脑静注射剂对中枢神经系统小剂量注射有兴奋作用,大剂量时有抑制作用。Xingnaojing injection (XNJ) is a mixture extracted and refined from Chinese materia mediea by scientific methods. In this study, the action of XNJ on central nervous system was experimentally evaluated by its effects on free activity of mice, stryehine-induced convulsion, sedation resulting from pentobarbital and respiratory inhibition caused by morphine. The results show that XNJ exhibits biphasie effect on central nervous system, i. e. in small dose, it is a stimulant, while in large dose, an inhibitor.
