关于公安教育培训规范化建设的若干思考

摘　　要：当前,公安教育培训在取得一定成绩的同时,也面临着诸多问题。究其根源,在于公安教育培训规范化建设滞后于培训工作实践。因此,解决这些问题,关键要在公安教育培训制度设计上下功夫。构建一整套规范制度,有利于促进公安教育培训工作走上健康有序、优质高效的发展轨道。Public security training programs have made lots of achievements, but at the same time, there are also short-comings, which arise from the sluggishness of the construction of regulation of the training. Therefore, the solution to theproblems lies in the efforts to design a desirable system for the training. This will enable the training to develop healthily andefficiently.
