摘　　要：本文对医院药剂科寻求新药开发的方向、技术关键进行了论述,并对新药报审的各种技术(药效学、毒理学、稳定性等研究)的实施要点进行了研讨。This paper describes the direction and key technic in designing new drugs in hospital pharmacy. The main points of technical preparations (pharmacodynamical, toxicological and stability researches)in submitting new drugs for examination and approval are discussed.
