摘　　要：本文采用差示分光光度法,建立了诺氟沙星糖浆剂的含量测定方法,可消除制剂中辅料干扰,具有操作简便,不使用有机溶剂,方便准确等特点,方法的回收率和重现性均较好,符合制剂检验要求。A method to determine the content of norfloxacin syrup with differential spectrophotometry was established, which could eliminate the interference from adjuvant of the preparation, needed no organic solvent, was easy to operate and was accurate with satisfactory recovery rate as well as reproducibility.
