摘 要:用实验方法研究了半导体气敏传感器(QM 211型)在气体浓度阶跃作用下的响应和恢复特性,发现它们均可用超越函数模型近似。据此建立了气敏法动态浓度测量中的智能预测技术,结果与实验基本一致,从而解决了气敏法动态测控中的滞后现象。并建立了快速测定气敏传感器响应时间和恢复时间的新方法。The response and restoring characteristics of gas sensors(model QM211) were studied in effect of step change of gas concentration, and it was found that they can be approximated with transcendental function model. On this basis, intelligent forecast technique in gas-sensing dynamical measurement is established, and the result corresponds to the experiment on the whole. Therefore, the hysteresis phenomenon in gas-sensing measurement and control disappeared. The new method of fast measuring response time and restoring time of gas sensors was also found and established in the research.
