高效液相色谱法测定5-单硝酸异山梨酯片含量

摘　　要：报道了5-单硝酸异山梨酯片的高效液相色谱测定法。固定相为YWG-ODS柱,甲醇-水(25:75,V/V)作流动相,检测波长250 nm,以咖啡因为内标物。线性范围:60～320μg/ml(r=0.9999),回收率为100.12%±0.67%(n=7)。测定结果与紫外测定法结果一致。A HPLC method was established for determining the content of isosorbide-5-mononitrate (5 ISMN) tablets. A YWG-ODS column was used. 5 ISMN was detected at 250nm using methnol-water (25∶75, Ⅴ/Ⅴ) as mobile phase and caffeine as internal standard. The standard curve was linear over the concentration range of 60～320μg/ml(γ=0.9999) and the recovery was 100. 12±0.67% (n=7). The content determined by HPLC was the same as that determined by UV which had been used previously.
