链霉素所致豚鼠听力丧失的催产素治疗及机制探讨

摘　　要：在肌注链霉素20d建立的耳毒动物模型上,施用催产素(OXT)20d,用慢性电极动态记录耳蜗电图及40 Hz听觉相关电位,并结合蜗内直流电位(EP)及耳蜗病理学观察,发现在用OXT后耳聋停止发展且电反应阈值下降20 dB以上,OXT组毛细胞损伤程度亦较轻,EP值支持OXT可能主要通过改善血管纹功能而发挥治疗作用.Oxytoxin (OXT) was given for 20 days to the guinea pig with hearing loss induced by Streptomycin treatment of 20 days. EcochG and 40 Hz auditory event related potential (40 Hz AERP) were recorded by long-term implanted electrodes and endocochlear potential (EP) and the pathological changes were observed correlatively. It was found that the development of hearing loss stopped and the eiectric responsing threshold recovered for more than 20 dB due to the OXT treatment. The damage of hair cell in OXT group was also much slighter. Indicated mechanism of OXT effects was discussed.
