高山红景天酪醇对病毒感染细胞的保护作用

摘　　要：本文采用细胞培养技术、中性红染料摄入、细胞病变效应和扫描电镜等几种不同实验方法观察了高山红景天酪醇对柯萨奇B_s病毒感染细胞的保护作用。实验结果表明,在无毒剂量范围内.高山红景天酪醇对病毒感染细胞具有保护作用.以病毒和红景天酪醇同时加入组作用更为明显。本研究结果为探讨中药抗病毒作用机理和病毒性疾病的防治提供实验依据。Neutral red dye assay, cytopathic effect (CPE) inhibition assay, charge conduct rate detection and electromicroscope scanning were used to determine the effect of RABT (Rhodiola sachalinensis A Bor. Tyrosol) against CVB5 in vitro. The results showed that RABT had a more potent to protect the cells infected with CVB5 (Coxsackie virus B5), especially in the experimental group of adding RABT and CVB5 simultaneously. Furthermore, the results of scanning electron and measuring the charge conduct rate demonstrated that RABT was an effective agent to protect the cell membrane and to interfere with or inhibit the adsorption and penetration of virus replication.
