维拉帕米对实验性高血压糖尿病性心肌病大鼠心肌的保护作用

摘　　要：肾性高血压糖尿病大鼠ig维拉帕米(Ver)2mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1) 12wk后,心肌钙含量降低,组织学半定量检查和超微结构观察表明,心肌损害明显减轻,但对心肌血管损害影响较小,结果提示维拉帕米对慢性心肌损伤有保护作用,其机理可能与心肌钙含量降低有关。Myocardial ultrastructure,morphological characteristics and calcium concentration were studied in both renal hypertensive and streptozotocin induced diabetic(HD)rats treated with verapamil(2mg·kg-1·d-1 12 wk ig).Myocar dial calcium concentration was decreased from 75±s 17 to 44±s 24μg·g-1 Heart weight/body weight ratio was alternated.Perivascular fibrosis was significantly improved; however,no change in vascular sclerosis was observed.Nuclei and myofibrillae tended to the normal and matrix dense granules of mitochondria were reduced.It seems that verapamilhas the protective effect on the myocardium,which is likely related to the reduction of myocardial calcium concentration.
