摘  要:小檗碱(Ber)1~4 mg·kg^(-1)iv,呈剂量依赖性降低大鼠缺血性心律失常的发生率,Ber 4 mg·kg^1 iv对大鼠心肌缺血所致血小板和红细胞聚集性增强,血液粘度升高等血液流变学的异常改变有明显的阻止作用,这可能有助于其抗缺血性心律失常的作用,Ber 30 μmol·L^1抑制缺氧引起豚鼠离体心肌细胞APD和ERP的缩短.并使缺氧心肌细胞APA,OS和V_(max)进一步降低,这可能是Ber抗缺血性心律失常作用的重要机理。Berberine(Ber)1-4mg·kg-1 iv markedly and dose dependently reduced the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia after coronary artery occlusion in rats.Ber 4mg·kg-1 also depressed the abnormal changes in hemorrheology,such as an increase in platelet and erythrocyte aggregation as well as in blood viscosity etc,following myocardial ischemia in rats,which might be beneficial to the effectiveness for Ber against ventricular arrhythmia induced by myocardial ischemia.In the presence of 30μmol·L-1,Ber prevented hypoxia from shortening APD and ERP,and brought about a further reduction in APA,OS and Vmax in the isolated guinea pig myocardium.Thus,Ber might produce an antagonistic effect on ventricular arrhythmia following myocardial ischemia by these electrophysiological mechanisms.
