摘  要:钌红(ruthenium red,RR)是电镜研究中常用的一种组织染料。近来发现RR具有抑制线粒体钙摄取和肌质网钙释放等作用。但RR对心肌细胞内Ca^(2+)浓度的影响目前尚未见报道。本文通过观察RR对豚鼠离体心室肌细胞钙激活电流的影响,对这一问题作一探讨。Effects of ruthenium red(RR)on [Ca2+] in isolated guinea pig ventricular myocytes were investigated using Ca2+-activated current as an indicator of changes in [Ca2+] Action potentials were interrupted by the application of a 300 ms voltage clamp to 40 mV in order to elicit the Ca2+-activated current.Exposure to 2.5*****umol·L-1 RR resulted in an increase in Ca2+ activated current without changingaction potentials.RR appeared not to modify the time course of the envelope of currents.The results indicate that RR could increase [Ca2+] in guinea pig ventricular myocytes.
