雷公藤多甙抑制空肠弯曲菌诱导的自身免疫反应

摘　　要：雷公藤多甙(T_Ⅱ)20mg·kg^1·d^1×21dig治疗空肠弯曲菌感染小鼠,可便感染小鼠升高的PFC和ds-DNA自身抗体降低;亦使脾淋巴细胞的过度增殖受到明显的抑制;使升高的L3T4^+/Lyt^(2+)比值恢复到正常水平,结果表明:T_Ⅱ对空肠弯曲菌诱导的自身免疫反应有明显的治疗作用。Polyglycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook(TD,20 mg·kg-1·d-1×21 d,ig)treatment had a suppressive action on autoimmunity induced by Campylobacter jejuni infection.TⅡinhibited the enhanced formation of PFC,anti-ds-DNA antibody and lymphocyte proliferation with and without concanavalin A in the infected mice,and rendered the increased ratio of L3T4+/Lyt2+ to normal.Theresults indicate that TⅡcan play an important role in treatment of autoimmune diseases by keeping the balance of the ratio of the L3T4+/Lyt2+.
