盐酸罂粟碱透皮吸收及其软膏的临床应用

摘　　要：罂粟碱为平滑肌松弛剂。本文以简单小室和离体鼠皮为模型,研究了盐酸罂粟碱的透皮吸收及若干助渗剂对其透皮作用的影响。实验证明,二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对盐酸罂粟碱透皮吸收的促进作用较强。以DMSO为促进剂的盐酸罂粟碱软膏透皮作用亦佳,并在皮科临床试用中,对银屑病显示较好的疗效。Papaverine, a smooth muscle relaxant, is giv-en orally, intravenously or intramuscularly for therelief of cerebral and peripheral vascular diseasesassociated with arterial spasm. The skin penetrationof papaverine and the influence of some penetrationenhancers(DMSO, DMF, azone)were studied.Isolated abdominal skin of mice was used to com-bine with modified simple cells. 50% DMSO wasfound to be the optimal accelerant to drug release.3% papaverine cream prepared by using DMSO al-so showed good effect on skin penetration. In 100patients with psoriasis, significant improvement wasobserved. Clinical potency of 3% papaverine creamappeared to be approximately equivalent to that of0.1% halcinonide cream. But the recurrence ratefor papaverine cream was lower than that for0.1% halcinonide cream as shown by a three-month trial.
