黄连素对戊巴比妥钠诱发急性心力衰竭犬血流动力学的作用

摘　　要：本研究应用戊巴比妥钠诱发的犬急性心力衰竭模型,并设立生理盐水组和西地兰组,以比较黄连素组对心力衰竭的作用。静脉注射黄连素1mg/kg(3min内)+0.2mg·kg^(-1)·min^(-1)(维持30min)对戊巴比妥钠诱发的急性心力衰竭犬,有明显增加左室+dp/dt从103.6±25.8增加到250.9±45.0kPa/s(P<0.01),扩大心力环面积,逐渐降低左室舒张末期压,主动脉内收缩压不变,而舒张压下降,心率加快。在本研究中,黄连素对改善戊巴比妥钠引起的犬的心力衰竭比西地兰作用更明显。The model of acute heart failure induced bypentobarbital in canine was used to study the effectsof berberine on heart failure. NS group anddeslanoside group were compared with berberinegroup. On acute heart failure induced by pentobar-bital in canine, berberine was adminstered intra-venously with a dose of 1 mg/kg within 3 minutes,immediately followed by an infusion of 0.2 mg·kg^(-1)·min^(-1) within 30 minutes. Left ventricular+dp/dt was increased from 103.6±25.9 to 150.9±45.1 kPa/s (P<0.01). Cardiac force looparea was expanded and left ventricular and diastolicpressure was gradually reduced. Arterial systolicblood pressure was not changed, but diastolic bloodpressure was reduced. Heart rate speeded up. Theresults showed that to improve acute heart failureinduced by pentobarbital in canine berberine is more effective than deslanoside.
