摘　　要：青光眼是眼科常见病之一。目前临床应用的降眼压药物比较少,且都有不同程度的副作用本文介绍了一种新型降眼压药物氨苯蝶啶眼药水的制备、刺激性试验、动物试验及临床应用。A number of compounds for the treatment ofglaucoma are not entirely satisfactory due to sideeffects such as pupil contraction and the like. Westudied the preparation, content, stimulation and cu-rative effect of triamterene suspension for eye dropsin animal and huamans. The suspension was com-posed of triamterene 0.1g, PVP 20g and nipaginumB 0.03g, in which distilled water was added to100ml. Animal studies showed that the effect of tri-amterene suspension on pressure is similar to that ofpilocarpine. Clinical studies in 40 patients withglaucoma demostrated that the eye pressure of allpatients was reduced in different degrees. No ad-verse reaction was observed.
