摘　　要：党中央、国务院对关闭资源枯竭煤矿高度重视 ,通过深入调查研究和总结试点经验 ,制定了资源枯竭矿山关闭破产的政策规定和实施办法 ,对组织实施过程中遇到的一些问题和困难采取了切实可行的对策和措施。本文对在确保稳定的情况下做好资源枯竭煤矿的关闭破产工作和今后煤矿资源枯竭应采取的对策和措施 。The Chinese Communist Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the closure of coal reserve exhausting coal mines On the basis of investigations, studies and drawing lessons from trial practice in this regard, a series of policies and measures are worked out for the closure and bankruptcy of the coal reserve exhausting coal mines In addition, a series of practicable countermeasures were implemented in solving the problems encountered in the execution of closure and bankruptcy This article presents a deep-going study on how to achieve duly in carrying out closure and bankruptcy work and what kind of policies and measures are to be implemented in carrying out closure and bankruptcy for coal reserve exhausting coal mines
