摘　　要：因特网和电子商务的发展带来了复杂的民事司法管辖权问题。美国和欧洲的管辖权制度相异且存在诸多弊端。构建我国的因特网民事司法管辖权制度应符合因特网自身的特点 ,遵循特定的原则 ,引导因特网向自律、健康的方向发展。With the development of Internet and E-commerce bringing the civil judicial jurisdiction complicated problems, either European countries or USA has their respective similarities and differences as well as drawbacks in jurisdiction system. How to establish civil judicial jurisdiction system for Internet in China should comply with the specific characteristics of Internet, follow the corresponding specific principles and lead Internet to self-discipline and wholesome development.
