舒张功能不全性心力衰竭27例临床观察

摘　　要：作者对冠心病并发的充血性心力衰竭(CHF)进行了临床观察。结果表明:收缩功能不全性心力衰竭(SHF)占73.8%;舒张功能不全性心力衰竭(DHF)占26.2%。二者临床表现难及区别,但辅助观察有明显不同。对DHF进行分组对照治疗5周,证明心得安较常规疗法为优。The patients with coronary heart disease complicated by congestive heart failure were observed clinically. Results showed: (1) 73.8% of the patient were wity systolic heart failure, and 26.2% of them were with diastolic heart failure, differentiation of the both was difficult by clinical observation. But significant difference can be found by accessory examination. (2)Patients with diastolic heart failure were grouped and treated with different drugs for 5 weeks, propranolol was proved more effective than routine treatment.
