特异性iRNA治疗婴幼儿病毒性肺炎患儿IL-2活性的研究及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：应用特异性抗病毒免疫核糖核酸治疗病毒性肺炎,检测了治疗前、后患儿外周血白细胞介素-2活性。结果麦明:特异性iRNA可以使患儿外周血IL-2活性升高,与对照组相比有显著差异。同时对iRNA的临床疗效进行初步观察,观察组患儿主要临床症状和体征消失的时间均明显短于对照组,说明特异性抗病毒iRNA临床有效。The activity of interleukin-2 (IL-2) was detesmimed in peripheral blood of acute viral pneumonia patients before and after the treatment with iRNA. The results showed that the activity of IL-2 was increased in the observation group before and after treatment (P<0.05), but no similar results in control group (P>0.05). There were significant difference in changes of IL-2 activity between the observation group and control group (P<0.05). The time of the cases with major clinical sign and synptom in the observation group were shorter than in the control group (P<0.05)
