1020例不孕症的子宫及输卵管形态学分析

摘　　要：用复方泛影葡胺注射液对1,020例不孕症者作子宫输卵管造影。结果:子宫腔形态异常540例。双侧输卵管通畅但形态异常者268例。单侧输卵管通畅但形态异常者110例。结果表明:子宫输卵管形态异常与不孕有密切关系。The infertility cases Consisted of 754 primary cases including 249 cases with over 5 years infertility, and 266 secondary cases including 43 cases with over 5 years infertility were studied by hystorosalpingography with injection meglumini diatrizoatis Composita. The results showed that there were 540 cases (52.94%) with abnormal morphology of uterine cavity and the abnormal fallopin tuber cavity and its position was found in 268 cases (61.47%) with biloteral patency, and in 110 cases (65.87%) witn odd tubal pateney. The abnormal morphologies of uterine and tubal were proved closely relatcd to infertility
