应用电视频闪喉镜观察声带白斑病的变化

摘　　要：应用电视频闪喉镜,检测了48名声带白斑病人的70侧声带。检出早期声带癌(T_1N_0M_0)3例,声带原位癌2例。随访21例病人中,8例恢复正常,8例明显好转,4例变化不明显,仅1例恶变为癌。测试结果表明,应用电视频闪喉镜,对声带白斑病人的声带振动和粘膜波动进行动态观察,可以预测疾病的转归,有独特的临床实用价值。In this paper, 48 patients with vocal cold keratosis (70 sides vocal cord) were examined by video strobolaryngoscopc. 3 invasive carcinoma T_1N_0M_0, 2 carctnoma in situ were discovered. Among 21 following up patients, 8 cases were completely recovered, 8 obviously restored, 4 not changed, 1 finally become invasive carcinoma. The result indicated that the observation on vocal cord with video strobolaryngoscope can predict the change of keratosis, and has a specific value in the laryngeal practice.
