克隆氏病的诊治分析

摘　　要：详细讨论了克隆氏病的诊断及外科治疗。在40例外科治疗病例中,绝大部分行一期肠切除吻合术,手术治愈34例,其中3例发生吻合口瘘,死亡6例。作者着重强调术后应辅以SASP、硫唑嘌呤及皮质激素等治疗。The diagnosis and surgical treatment of Crohn's disease are discussed in detail. Among the 40 cases received surgical treatment which is mostly phase (1) enterectomy and enter-anastomosis, 34 cases were cured in which 2 cases were accompanied with anastomosis leakage, 6 cases died. Also the study indicates the importance of the use of SASP, azathiopurine and cortical hormone after operation.
