摘  要:本实验结果显示,无肛畸形儿直肠盲端肠壁各层SP能阳性神经纤维、粘膜下神经丛、肌间神经丛及神经节细胞数均较新生儿明显减少,并且阳性神经免疫反应强度减弱。提示该畸形有明显的SP能神经组织发育不全。The distribution of SP peptidt nerves of distal rectal segment was studied by means of immunohistochemical technique ABC procedure. The number of SP-positive fibers in all layers of rectal wall and ganglionic cells as well as the plexus in both mysenteric and Sub-mucosal plexus were comparatively few in imperforate anus than that in newborns, and the intensity of SP-positive reaction was also very weak in impertorate anus cases. This study suggests that the anorectal deformity is accompanied with obviously SP peptide nervous tissues malformation.
