摘 要:用α-萘异硫氰酸盐(ANIT)造成大鼠急性肝内胆汁郁滞模型后,通过不同途径和不同时间的给药方法,投与疏肝酶,通过光镜与电镜观察大鼠肝脏内胆管系统与肝细胞的病理变化,同时进行血清总胆红质、碱性磷酸酶、谷丙酶的检测。结果表明,疏肝酶能减轻肝内胆小管的炎症性增生和胆小管上皮细胞的变性坏死,使胆小管管腔疏通,改善实验性胆汁郁滞状态。本实验为疏肝酶对高黄郁胆的临床治疗提供依据。Effect of enzyme of deoppilant liver by different routes and time on rats with acute intrahepatic cholestasis induced by α-naphthylisothiocyanate (ANIT)was evaluated in this study. Pathological changes of intrahepatic bile ducts and hepatocytes were observed under light and electron microscopes. Meanwhile total bilirubin,AKP and ALT in serum were detected. The results showed that enzyme of deoppilant liver could abate inflammatory proliferation,degeneration and necrosis of epithelial cells in bile ducts. It could also improve the cholestasis status induced by ANIT. and provided a potential evidence for using enzyme of deoppilant liver to treat patients with severe cholestasis hepatitis.
