摘　　要：以硫唑嘌呤为内标,采用 HPLC 法测定硫酸特布他林的含量。其色谱蜂面积与含量的线性关系良好,相关系数 r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.01%,平均偏差为0.48%。6个批号样品的测定结果与 BP 法无显著差异。The contents of terbutaline sulphate in tablets were determinedby HPLC.The mobile phase was methanol-0.005 mol/L sodium heptanesulphon-ate (30:70)(pH 3.4).The detection wavelength was 280nm.The internal standard was azathioprine.The limit of detection was 0.5μg/ml.The standard curve was linear within5～150μg/ml.The correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The average recovery was99.01% and their coefficient of variation was 0.48%.
