白细胞介素-2对慢性乙型肝炎干扰素诱生的影响

摘　　要：目的　为探讨白细胞介素 - 2 (IL - 2 )对慢性乙型肝炎 (CHB)患者干扰素 (IFN)诱生的影响。方法　应用IL - 2 2万单位静脉滴注治疗CHB ,治疗前后测定肝功能、HBV -M和IFN。结果　实验组IFN定量 >30pg ml 16例 (6 9.5 % ) ,对照 2例 (8.7% ) ,两组差异显著 (x2 =17.9,p <0 .0 1)。结论　IL -Objective To investigate the effects of interleukin2(IL-2)on the induced formation of interferon (IFN) in chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods U intravenous drip of 20,000 IL-2 was taken to treatCHB. The liver function, HBV-Mand IFN were examinated around treatment.Results There were 16 cases that IFN quotas was more than 30pg/ml (69.5%) in the experimental group, but only two cases (8.7%) in control group, there were significantly differences between the two groups (x 2=17.9,9<0.01).Conclusion IL-2 can induce CHB to form interfenon.
